Food allergies sufferers should consider the best diet, one that is customized for their specific needs. The best diet that will work or suit for one person may not work or suit for another. Many foods are known to cause allergic reactions. There are eight specific foods identified by the FDA that are most highly allergic foods. These foods are the following, but not in specific order, to wit: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Certainly, there are other foods that may trigger allergies, however, these happen to be the most likely to do so. Peanut allergies, out of all the foods listed tend to be the most dangerous and shellfish allergies tend to be the most common among adults.
